We need to make it clear to the public and potential media about the fraud from the other parties in this case. Below you will see a part of a court transcript from JMSJ (Joint Motion Of Summary Judgement) hearing. Here the lawyers Wenzel and Fisher told the judge that I AM NOT THE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST yet in discovery the lawyer Jacob Fisher representing Robert Catalano (The Intervenor) write that I am the Successor In Interest plus we have the payment log that they submitted to the court showing I was profit sharing 2013-2015 and therefore I had no cause to file a claim until the defendants  breached our agreement in 2015. This is why by law the Defendants and Intervenors JOINT MOTION SUMMARY JUDGEMENT should not have been granted. We filed within the four years, and I pray it gets reversed in Jesus name Amen.
