In 2013 Ronald A.K.A. Ronnie Ruiz passed away leaving behind his loving wife and 2 children. Also, his 50/50% Owned Partnership Business.  A thriving Barbeque Restaurant in Cibolo, Tx right outside San Antonio, Tx called Harmon’s BBQ along with his partner Raymond Harmon.  Unfortunately, after Ronnie had passed Raymond Harmon illegally transferred all of ownership of Harmon’s BBQ into his name without any consulting or approval from Joyce Ruiz or the State of Texas within State regulations in transferring a business. After, a partner (who is legally married) dies the estate transfers to the wife or husband making them Successor of Interest (IRC 736).
